Dear CashCo Customers,
I am writing to update you regarding some changes we have been forced to make in response to the unprecedented times we are all living through. Before I do I want to take a moment to thank you all for the understanding you have shown, the kind and thoughtful responses to my previous email which we have received, and the support you have expressed to so many members of our team. I am the guy who reads the thousands of comments you have written over the years and placed in the comment boxes. I read every last one. You have expressed love and appreciation for the service we have provided for over 30 years. I want to let you all know how much we love and appreciate you, our beloved CashCo Customers!
It seems inevitable that we adjust and do the responsible thing by limiting our staff’s exposure to the public and also limiting your exposure to them. Therefore, until further notice, we are instituting the following changes:
- We are reducing our office hours. Going forward office hours are Monday thru Friday, 10.00 AM thru 5:00 PM.
- Our office doors will remain locked throughout the day. Therefore, to the greatest extent possible we urge you to conduct business with us online or by phone. If you must come to an office, a CashCo representative will come out to help you whether to take your payment, help you with your loan documents, etc. In other words, we will continue to service you in person, but it will be easier, faster, and safer for all of us if you handle your business with us remotely.
- We have had one or two questions about the fees we charge for online or phone-in payments. Let me be frank, these services we provide are not free to us either. We pass the processing costs on to you. If you really feel you are unable to bear that cost please let your branch manager know. We are all in this together. We have been here for you and we want to continue to be here for you. We need your support and understanding to be able to do that.
Of course, we continue to be vigilant in following all pertinent changes in this developing situation. We will do our best to keep you informed. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if there is anything we can do to help you through these trying times.
